Chicago Apple Store Hosts VoiceOver Workshops in May

We’ve just received word that the North Michigan Avenue Apple Store in Chicago will be hosting VoiceOver workshops on Saturdays through the month of May. To the best of our knowledge, these are the first in-store workshops devoted to VoiceOver. We encourage those of you who would like to see similar VoiceOver workshops in your own local APple Stores to let Apple Accessibility know.

    I’m glad to hear that the Apple Store in Chicago is holding Voice-over workshops. This will not only be an easy and convenient way for blind people to learn more about their screen reader but it will be an eye-opening experience for the genius bar guys, too. I’ll certainly publicize this because I’d love to see it become a national trend.
